Battery Startup Incubator – Open Position

Together with the TUM Venture Labs, we are currently building the Battery Startup Incubator BaStI. We are looking for a Head of Batteries to lead the strategic development of the incubator in Garching near Munich.

Head of Batteries – TUM Venture Labs

In this role, you will lead the strategic development of Germany's Battery Startup Incubator and build a nationwide network connecting research, industry, investors and policymakers.

  • Strategic leadership and development of the Battery Startup Incubator
  • Team building and development of startup support programs
  • Management of partnerships, budget, KPIs and impact monitoring
  • Representation of the incubator at conferences and industry events
  • TV-L E15, fixed-term position until 31 December 2028
  • Hybrid working model with location in Garching near Munich
